FIRE SAFETY IN BUILDINGS (SCIE)
The Decree-Law No. 220/2008, in force since January 1, 2009, sets the obligation for all buildings, autonomous fractions and enclosures fire safety measures, irrespective of their use and engaging.
This legislation lay down the rules for application of fire safety in buildings (SCIE), achieved even a set of fines, that in case of failure, may reach € 2.750 (singluar person) or € 27.500 (legal person), in addition to Civil liability, Criminal or Disciplinary proceedings.
